Recommend a Friend

We all help friends and now you can help them whilst earning yourself £100 through our new “Recommend a friend” scheme. Your friends will be selling their home through Ipswich’s newest and brightest estate agents and on completion of the sale you will receive £100 (see terms and conditions).

Terms and Conditions

• A cheque for £100 will be sent to the introducer only following payment of its commission following completion of a sale agreed by Blake Mayhew Ltd after a valid introduction of a friend who instructs Blake Mayhew Ltd.
• The agency agreement can be on a Sole agency or Multiple Agency basis providing Blake Mayhew are the effective selling agent of the friend’s property (This means that Blake Mayhew have introduced the purchaser who enters into an unconditional exchange of contracts and completes the purchase)
• The voucher must be completed in full and presented to Blake Mayhew Ltd before the seller has signed an agency agreement with Blake Mayhew Ltd. The voucher can be presented to a member of staff before the agency agreement is signed by the vendor.
• Only one voucher is valid per transaction. Additional vouchers can be provided upon request in the event that you wish to introduce another friend/s.
• Please be advised that if a friend has instructed another estate agent, then the terms of the existing agreement must be considered to avoid potential liability of paying 2 commissions or/and withdrawal of instruction fees.
